Overview: Report Configuration

The Report Configuration tab controls the layout and content of Capital Account (PCAP) statements. These are the downloadable reports available to LPs from their Capital Accounts section. Users can choose to download these as PDF or Excel files.
The configuration includes:
-
Report Header Layout: Logo, fund name, investor name, and alignment
-
Summary Line Items: Inception-to-date figures (e.g., Commitment, Paid In Capital)
-
Body Line Items: Add additional line items broken out by quarter and year for transaction-level reporting, subtotal lines may be added as well
- It is vitally important that all transactions from the Transaction Register that affect value are included in the Report Body Line Items section, and that these transactions are only used once (unless in a subtotaled section). This ensures the report will always correctly foot.
