Deactivating a Client Portal

Only Ark Client Admin users can submit deactivation requests. If you do not have this level of access, please contact your internal ark administrator or reach out to support@arkpes.com for help navigating this process.

Who Can Use This Feature

Only Ark Client Admin users can request a portal to be deactivated via the official submission process.


Step-by-Step: Requesting Portal Deactivation

  1. Navigate to the official portal deactivation request form: Submit Request Form

  2. Complete the required fields, including:

    • Client Name

    • Portal Subdomain

    • Reason for Deactivation

  3. Submit the form for review by the ark support team

After submission, the ark team will process the request and follow up with any additional questions.

Q: Can Basic Admins deactivate portals?
