Client Configuration access is required. Click the **three-dot menu** next to your username in the top-right corner 2. Select **Client Configuration** 3. Click **+ Add New Client** at the top of the Client Configuration page 4. Enter the following portal details: - **Client Name** - **Subdomain** - **Support Email** - **Client Branding** - **Logos, LP Portal Colors, Favicon** 5. Click **View** next to the client’s name 3. You’ll be taken into Client Configuration where you can: - Update **Client Details** - Access **Transaction Mapping**, **Report Configuration**, **Consent Configuration**, and **Feature Configuration** tabs 4. Alternatively, select the client from the dropdown menu and click **Edit '\[Client Name\]'** to access the same settings --- #### **FAQ** **Q: Can Basic Admins create portals?** A: No. Only Ark Client Admin users have this level of access.
