Creating and Managing Client Portals

This guide walks you through how to create new client portals in ark.

Only Ark Client Admins can create portals. Client Configuration access is required.

If you are not an Ark Client Admin and would like to request a new client portal, please use this request form to submit your request.

• Create a new client portal in Ark

• Assign portal access to teams and users

Who Can Use This Feature

Only Ark Client Admin users can:

• Create portals within a client

• Access the Edit '[Client Name]' button to open the Client Configuration settings

Step-by-Step: Creating a New Client Portal

1. Click the three-dot menu next to your username in the top-right corner

2. Select Client Configuration

3. Click + Add New Client at the top of the Client Configuration page

4. Enter the following portal details:

   • Client Name

   • Subdomain

   • Support Email

   • Client Branding
     • Logos, LP Portal Colors, Favicon
5. Click Save & Continue to Transaction Mapping to finalize the new portal

Step-by-Step: Editing an Existing Client

1. From the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, click Client Configuration

2. Click View next to the client’s name

3. You’ll be taken into Client Configuration where you can:

   • Update Client Details

   • Access Transaction Mapping, Report Configuration, Consent Configuration, and Feature Configuration tabs

4. Alternatively, select the client from the dropdown menu and click Edit '[Client Name]' to access the same settings

FAQ

Q: Can Basic Admins create portals?
A: No. Only Ark Client Admin users have this level of access. To request a new portal, please reach out to support@arkpes.com.
