The ArkPES platform is hosted at a top-tier cloud provider ensuring a highly resilient and secure infrastructure. The ArkPES SaaS application utilizes strong encryption standards, industry standard secure authentication/authorization, strong password enforcement, and workflows with MFA capabilities for administrators and partners. Continuous internal audit-data collection further complements overall platform security and data privacy. In addition to ongoing general security training, developers in particular undergo mandatory yearly training in secure code development that is coupled with bi-yearly penetration testing as an additional security control. ArkPES team members have deep security domain expertise in the area of data privacy and security through a combination of professional certifications (CISSP, CISA, CDPSE), and successful PCI-DSS audits.

ArkPES is SOC2 Type2 certified.
